How does it work?
Microneedling creates controlled micro‑channels in the skin using ultra‑fine needles, which triggers the skin’s natural healing response, resulting in new collagen and elastin-rich tissue. This creates a smoother, tightened, and more even skin tone. Microneedling is ideal for improving fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, dull or thinning skin, pigmentation irregularities and overall collagen loss.

What is UltraClear?
Acclaro Medical’s UltraClear is the first FDA cleared 2910nm cold ablative fractional fiber laser for skin resurfacing and rejuvenation. It uses fiber-optic technology to deliver precise energy to the skin. Like a more traditional CO2 laser, it targets water in the skin, however, it operates as a "cold" laser, producing much less unwanted heat in surrounding tissues, thereby lessening irritation.

What can I expect from an
UltraClear treatment?
- We use a medical-grade topical numbing agent for a comfortable treatment.
- Most clients experience redness for only 24 to 48 hours. On or about day 4, the flaking/peeling process will begin, lasting for a few days to a week for more intense treatments.
- You’ll see improvement within 1 to 2 weeks, with full collagen remodeling developing over 8 to 12 weeks.
- For best results, we recommend 3 to 4 sessions, spaced 6 to 10 weeks apart.
- The same medical-grade topical numbing is used 45 minutes before your session begins.
- A sunburn-like redness and sensation is felt following a treatment. Depending on the Mode you choose, more intense heat can be experienced, with crusting of the ablated skin occurring after 5-7 days. Very specific instructions and products are given so that the most effective healing can take place.
- During the healing phase, the skin will feel quite tight, and sandpaper like. Keeping the skin moisturized and nourished with proper ingredients is extremely important to support new skin cell growth, and collagen and elastin formation.
- Although immediate smoothing and clearer skin are noticeable, continued improvements can be expected for the next 6+months. Patience is necessary to fully assess and appreciate the final result.
